D3 Regiment 3 weeks in...

So I got my lab results from before I started - 19 ng/ml Sad  So going for a follow lab hopefully this week.  Been feeling much better, so its either the Verapamil, the D3, or I'm coming out of cluster.  Today has been the first day where my shadows have not been very bad at all.  The past few days I've been taking 15,000 IU D3 up from 10k previously, so maybe this is my sweet spot dosage?  Also its been about a week now that I've had the correct MG citrate supplements.  I will post my update lab results when I get them.  If I can get a few more weeks of being PF I plan to taper down my Verapamil and see what happens.

That's the music we want to hear. I still can't believe that simple vitamins and minerals can knock this monster out but it true. Way to go. One thing I've learned  about the beast and this message board bears it out, the more proactive one is the better one gets a handle on it.

   Good luck,    Sean

So no major hits in a few weeks since being on the D3 and Verapamil - I am still getting bad shadows - pain and pressure in my left temple and jaw area - some days are better then others but its always there - naproxen and some caffeine seem to knock it out.  I am thinking of tapering off my Verapamil - currently on 240mgs.  I was thinking of just going down to 160 and see if the shadows get better or worse.  Thoughts?  I will call my nero and GP and see what they say of course.
