Just not talking about them anymore.

So yeah - not talking about my CH with non CH people.  Just not worth it.  I know this has been discussed here before, but now I understand.

A friend of ours said that I get clusters cause I take too much Advil.  I know its rubbish, but anyone else heard this?  It really kind of ticked me off and she swears she had clusters too.  I felt like an ass correcting her, but I was not in the mood to hear how me having CH is my fault or something.

Sorry for venting, but I know everyone here will understand.

Frustrated!

G'day TeeJ,
I think i would be more concerned of liver and kidney       damage, than it causing CH's. Smiley

There are medication overuse (rebound) headaches associated with using too many NSAIDS. However, it's unlikely they would trigger more frequent CH attacks.

Never heard of clusters being triggered by Advil. First time for everything, I guess. Someone was discussing coconuts and coconut oil/butter as a trigger. Unusual, to be sure, but not impossible. (Doubt she had clusters if the only reason she's not having them now is no Advil, though.)
