So yeah - not talking about my CH with non CH people. Just not worth it. I know this has been discussed here before, but now I understand.

A friend of ours said that I get clusters cause I take too much Advil. I know its rubbish, but anyone else heard this? It really kind of ticked me off and she swears she had clusters too. I felt like an ass correcting her, but I was not in the mood to hear how me having CH is my fault or something.

Sorry for venting, but I know everyone here will understand.

Frustrated!

Reply #2 - Jun 30^th, 2013 at 1:13am There are medication overuse (rebound) headaches associated with using too many NSAIDS. However, it's unlikely they would trigger more frequent CH attacks.

Reply #3 - Jun 30^th, 2013 at 1:48am Never heard of clusters being triggered by Advil. First time for everything, I guess. Someone was discussing coconuts and coconut oil/butter as a trigger. Unusual, to be sure, but not impossible. (Doubt she had clusters if the only reason she's not having them now is no Advil, though.)
