Today my friend would have been 34
Jul 8th, 2013 at 5:15pm

Not many of you knew him, but Steve Haas (slhaas) would have been 34 years old. Less than a year before he passed back in Sept., 2011, he was engaged to the the love of his life, Dawn.

I miss you, Steve. Thanks for being so kind and reaching out to me when I needed you. The best I could do to repay you was to take the two of you to lunch. I hope you knew how much your friendship meant to me.

Life can be perplexing and cruel. Hold on to that memory of friendship. Sorry Brew.

I forgot how close in age Steve and I were.  He was a nice guy and I hope time has been kind to Dawn for her healing.

Sorry, Brew.

Steve was a good man, and a good friend.  He is definitely missed.

Brew...
Treasure the memories of those loved and lost...
It is a rare thing indeed to have people enter our lives and truly change us. All we can do is treasure that time and never forget and just be so very thankful for those that took the time to make a difference in our lives...
For the things you said and did for me when I needed help makes me feel the same about you...
