Just got my results....25(OH)D level at 60....another test set up for whenever I want. I figure 3 weeks? I've been taking 25,000 iu's a day without a loading dose per week

been 1 month now... began the calcium few days ago.
Many shadows are clowly coming to an end.
experiencing few shadows, sometimes 2 a day,
mostly just constant low level shadows. every few days I'll get hit upon waking if I sleep in and dont take my mix early enough. still not using oxygen, using sumatriptan
on days with long shadows.

oh...and...I start everymorning with caffeine and taurine.
if I miss my vitamins, or the caffeine or taurine, it is very noticable...I get immediate strong shadow
