9 pm every night is my new cycle. Great....

So it's official, 9 pm is my new cycle time.  The crappy thing is that's right when I put my kids to bed for quiet time with my wife!  Last night I was pacing up and down the street in bare feet thinking it would take my mind off.... my mind!  I tell ya, it worked every time I stepped on a sharp rock.  Smiley

The one thing I do want to ask about is this- last night was the first time in hundreds, maybe thousands of episodes that I got nauseated.  Why did this happen?  I am not an up-chucker, haven't thrown up in probably 20 years, but last night I sat hunched over the toilet dry heaving until my guts hurt.  I know this isn't normal, and especially for me.  Any ideas?

On a side note:  Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes.  I will help anyone in any way I can even if it's just throwing a prayer your way!

I have a slight nauseous feeling shortly after I take my D3, don't throw up though. It's very mild so I don't mind - compared to a Ch....well, I say no more. It started on day 1 of the D3 reg so definitely connected, but not a problem unless it gets worse.
