This message is for CH-sufferers based in or close to Toronto.

My name is Gabriel Freedman. I am a 24 year old film student at the University of Toronto, as well as a member of a film collective called Canted Pictures, also based in Toronto. Along with two of my colleagues, Helmann Wilhelm and Ava Torres, we are preparing to shoot a feature-length documentary on Cluster Headaches. Our goal is to intimately follow a select number of Toronto-based CH sufferers and document how the illness affects quality of life, both for the victims themselves and for those close to them. Evidently, this is a condition that is underresearched and underexposed; we hope to rectify this by revealing the suffering with which CH'ers contend, as well as the astounding courage they display in the face of this adversity. We have all the necessary equipment and would like to begin shooting whenever possible. We have been in contact with Tom Termeer, a CH sufferer based in London, Ontario (refer to his blog - clusterheadsurvivor.blogspot.ca) who believes media exposure is the key to battling this condition. As a member of this site, I have been advised to contact Toronto-based sufferers individually to try to make this film project a reality. Let us work together to accomplish this goal.
