After 11 weeks of pure hell I had to post this. Anyway I am praying for Pain Free days and nights for all of us!!!

Hoppy...I am taking the D3 reg. With Batch's help I started about one month ago (maybe 40 days ago). I was tested last week at 129nml, My headaches have been getting fewer and less intense for the past week and a half. My last cycle was 12 weeks so I may be coming to end of the cycle or the D3 may be the cause. I will say that since starting the D3 for a few weeks the headaches seemed to easier to abort with my Oxygen. I will continue taking the D3 reg in hopes to prevent another cycle. Batch has been really helpful to me with his wealth of knowledge. I dont know if realizes what his help means to people...But he gave me so much hope when I really needed it!!!

Hi Metro,
Like you i started the vitamin D3 Regime late in my last
cycle, Spring 2012, it did'nt stop the attacks then, but i
have had no episodes since, thanks to Batch Smiley

and i'm sure he's aware how gratefull
we are being pain free, himself a long time CH sufferer
and knows first hand the pain we clusterheads go through.

Keep up with the regiment, I believe it helps until I'm proven otherwise
