Oddly enough, Iwill occasionally use a cigarette to kick a lingering shadow into gear so I can abort the hit fully. I found it, rarely but once in awhile, the cigarette actually aborted the attack. Not recommended and your mileage may vary. blessings. lance

I'm not a smoker, never have. Yes cig. smoke, even the smell on clothing will trigger a CH.
Scented sprays, candles, soaps, any synthetic scents including perfume will trigger a CH for me. Actually they are huge triggers when i'm in the 'zone'. When my CH cycle stops, these scents are perfectly fine for to be around.. weird! Huh
