I missed hitting the official definition of chronic by a few weeks with my first cycle being 11 months long when the D3 kicked in. I've been pretty much CH pain free ever since apart from a very mild cycle (10 CHs over three months) ever since.

I had the second longest remission in 10+ yrs broken today after going on the D3.  I've not been totally PF, but attribute that to other health issues that interfere with the D3.  However, today I had to use an energy drink for the first time in over 5 weeks.  Today's was triggered by something at the Dr's office.  I don't know what it is about Dr's offices, but something in the air tends to trigger me on a regular basis when there.

I am chronic and I follow the D3 regimen, but I still get daily/nightly episodes. Intensity varies. Some I can abort with just O2, some with O2 plus a double Monster, and others require a stronger abortive. I have no idea if it is helping me by reducing frequency or intensity, but I'm not gonna stop since I am still managing things even with the daily hits. blessings. lance

G'day too you three amigos,

then that ain't bad.
