Hiiii!! Well, this is my 6th PF D/N and am soooooo excited!! Do not know if this cycle is over...but for over 2 months I had max. 2 PF nights....lets hope it is gooooneeee...Thing is I live in Bolivia, and was having a hell of a time trying to get meds, neuros were of no help. Finally got some Imitrex( arrived 7 days ago), got some zomig...inhalable spray, and sublingual tablets from the states. Can't believe I have not had to use them so far. Had the last 2 hits kip 9 6 days ago, and since then nothing....all I want to do is sleeeeeep...regaining lost sleep and energy. Hope this cycle is over!!! Doing the vitvd3 regime for 3 days now, having green smoothies...lots of them...feel so good!!!! I feel like myself again...I feel like I am in a good mood, back to laughing and joking around, even my face has changed with 6 pf d/n. Please please please let this be over!!!!

Hey Tiffany,

Thanks for the update.  6 days PF is wonderful news...  I know the feeling...

As you can see in the following graphic from the online survey of 110 CH'ers taking the anti-inflammatory regimen, your pain free response after three days is consistent.

Multimedia File Viewing and Clickable Links are available for Registered Members only!!  You need to Login or Register

That said, as your PF period started three days before you started this regimen, it's likely your PF response is more due to end of cycle than this regimen.

My only suggestion now is stay on the anti-inflammatory regimen year-round as an insurance policy...  That way when your next cycle comes along, it should be a non-event and you'll sail through it PF.

Try to see your PCP for the 25(OH)D lab test after you've been on this regimen for 30 days.  The normal reference range for 25(OH)D is 30 to 100 ng/mL, (75 to 250 nmol/L).  I suspect your results from that test will come back near 60 ng/mL, (150 nmol/L).

Take care and please keep us posted.

V/R, Batch

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there

Really glad you're enjoying some pain free time after all that you were dealing with! It's a wonderful feeling when that remission finally comes. Talk about a sigh of relief. I hope the D3 regimen keeps the beast away for good. Stick with it, and keep us posted.

With that being said, my heart goes out to those that are chronic. May they, too, find a pain free (permanent) vacation from the beast!
