Thanks for the idea of dissolving the D3 in my mouth..will try it! I feel 'normal' even with the slight shadows every couple of days.

Interesting side note..my PCP was tickled that my glucose dropped from 106 in June to 95! He's ready to 'blame' that on the D3 since I've not changed my diet one bit.

Thanks again for all the encouragement and guidance!

Hey Judy,

Great news and thanks for the kind words...  As you can see there are more health benefits from taking vitamin D3 and the cofactors than just preventing cluster headache...
