Up until this summer...late winter into spring every 2 years for 6-8 weeks. Not due until Feb or March this year. Last cycle however began in Aug and ended in Dec. Go figure! On D3 regimen so will see what the next couple of months hold for me.

Fingers and toes crossed and I won't make the mistake of dropping back to 5,000 D3 and not taking my mag citrate again! (But still got a tank of O2 gathering dust..just in case!

Mine is completely random. Any season, day or night, hot or cold, stressed or relaxed. I just never know when the beast will pay me a visit. Longest remission is 11 months and shortest is 1 month.

Judy....I have an E-Tank sitting in the garage gathering dust for almost 4 years, everytime I suggest returning it my wife says "NO WAY". It's our security blanket! Smiley

You're not the only one either, I've two O2 cylinders gathering dust too, just in case, even though I've not had a CH in almost 2 years.

I get hit late January through June, then late August through November.  Late winter and late summer. Started the D3 in September and nothing more than a shadow once or twice.  Hello RockStar!  So far, nothing and I am usually starting about now!  My O2 cylinders are also dust collectors and every time I think about returning them, my husband says, "I don't think so!"
