Living in Denial.....Its back
Feb 13th, 2014 at 2:24pm

Hi guys and gals......

I haven't been here for a loooooong time and thats just cos of denial....
I have had some visits from Mr. BEAST over the past few years....
BUT
Nothing like the last 2 weeks.....
Let me start with this.....
November last year I had a very mild and short cycle and I thought "That was a blissful cycle for the year, glad thats over!!"
Well that horrid Beast decided to pay me a return visit 2 weeks ago and to tell you the truth with exception to the daytime small hits and a few free nights this cycle has been nothing but 10's every time and its just draining every last bit of energy that I can muster.....
The imagrain injection is just not working and in south africa is really difficult to get O2, they dont know what ch is here and thats why its difficult...
So the only thing I can do is sit and hope that it doesnt last to long....

Well last night I felt the BEST come knocking I reached out onto the bed side table, took a Imigran shot and started the rocking.....
The rocking didnt work so on to the pacing.....
Then it was me and the bathroom floor and the begging for relief from the Beasts grip, begging for an end to this hell, asking "why me!", I just want to die....
Eventually it eased enough for the crawl back to the bed and hopefull sleep.

So now im sitting on the bed dreadful of whats going to happen tonight in the next 3 to 5 hours......
I dont know how many more of these 10's I can handle but im determined to keep giving that BEAST the best fight I know how to......

Thats all from me for now....
Keep up the good fight people....

Sorry to hear that the beast hasn't forgotten about you.

If medical oxygen is hard to get hold of you could consider doing what many others do in using welding oxygen.

Have you got any preventives like verapamil?

Have you tried the vitamin D3 approach that many of us get amazing results with?

DEFINITELY try the D3. Check with Batch on what and how to take it. He got me on it in Oct and I've not had a headache since Oct 21st (been chronic since July 1997). It's WONDERFUL.  Kiss
