Double vision
Mar 1st, 2014 at 5:37pm

I am an old man of 84. I've been on this site before but not for the past 2 years. Last week I discovered that I have "Double vision". It seems to result from my left eye which is the one behind which my clusters have always hit.

I've been a Clusterhead since age 55 dating back to 1985. For the past 4/5 years the headaches have not been as severe. Last summer, 2013, I had a series of dull headaches (behind the left eye) that lasted most of the day. They felt more like what people describe as migraines, though they were concentrated behind the left eye.

It is interesting to note that I read on the web where a study conducted by 2 ophthalmologists in Oregon found a connection between double vision and the use of antibiotics. It so happens that I've recently had a tooth extracted and an implant put in, for which I was required to take several of those pills.

Anyway, my question is: Has anyone ever made a connection between double vision and Clusters ?????????

I have a drooping left eyelid which has twice been operated on by a plastic surgeon. Now, it still droops (I think because of the headaches but who knows) !!!!!!!!!!

I will be going to be measured for "Prism" glasses on Monday, which is the only viable answer I was given. The other 2 possibilities are to do nothing or to wear an eye patch. (Another little 'bump' on this ride thru life).

If anyone wants to comment, my email is: raymondd938@gmail.com
