Paper handout for friends and family
Mar 6th, 2014 at 8:47pm

Hi, hoping someone can help me.
I suffer from CH's very seldom, and haven't had a series for over 5 years, but I'm afraid one is coming in next few days.  (Mine somewhat build up for a few days until the full series starts).
Someone years ago sent me an attachment that I could hand out to people, explaining what they are, how I will act, what they should do etc.
Does anyone have a copy they could share?  It was so great to be able to give one to my boss, explaining why I need to be alone for 45 minutes everyday at 11:30 for 2 months (waiting for the zomig to kick in.

If anyone could help out, that would be awesome.  I got it originally from someone on this board.

Take care everyone, I so feel for those that suffer worse than I do (which is pretty much everyone on here).
Bless you all.

I suspect that the handout is the colleague letter that was on the OUCH site, however it is now just blank pages.

The cached version of the page is:

But the letter itself is not available from Google. Does anyone have a copy?

Brad, there is no reason you should have to wait 45 mins for Zomig to kick in.  Are you using tablets?  O2 at 25 lpm through a O2ptimask (see CH.com store on the left) will kill a hit for me within 5-8 mins.  Read the "oxygen info" button also on the left.

Look into the Vit D3 regimen that has given relief to about 80% of us.  It's good for you anyway!
