Stress and it's effect on an episodic cycle?!
Mar 16th, 2014 at 9:19pm

Stress!
I am building a house and general contracting it myself, as well as my full time job, which is also rather stressful.

What are peoples thoughts on stress, hard physical labor, lack of sleep due to HA's, Trex, and a 21 month old little girl.  As it relates to an unusually extreme cycle?

Thanks,

Eric

The more you write the more it sounds like my life right now.  Like I said in the other thread, I too am going through a bear of a cycle, unrelentless.  Mine started the week before Christmas and the cycle came  while I had a bad flu/sinus infection.

The flip flopping weather I think has contributed to the severity of this cycle but also, I'm getting married in 6 months and I'm in the process of moving to a new place so my overall stress level has been high and stress is a huge trigger for me.  So maybe it's both weather and stress, whatever it is I just wish it would end soon.

It's the question without an answer. In times past this rotten disease has been known as Executive's Headache (brought on by their extreme stress) or as Holiday Headaches which start the moment extreme stress is removed.

For me it's never been an issue one way or another but I've twice had entire cycles busted and gone by the sudden onset of extreme pressure and stress. Once when I was busy being shot at, then again when my dear father passed away suddenly.

I can't recommend either as a cure.
