Yesterday was one year since my first ever attack.  Fortunately they did not return yet this year.  I've been PF for a good bit now (7-8 months) as long my levels of D3 are where they should be.  My D3 level was 90 ng/ml last month, so I am hoping this continues.  I thank god everyday that I found this site and this D3 regiment.  I truly believe its helping me.  I hope everyone out there atleast gives this a shot.  Give it a year if you have to, but keep trying.
