What Joe said!!!!!!

The D3 Regimen has taken a chronic like me and given me a life again.  Not totally PF, like it does for most episodics, but definitely 75% improved.

Thanks for the advice and support, will check out the vitamin 3d. This cycle is not like the others, so far the pain has only been shadowing me its been two weeks and I have not gotten a full blown attack yet. On a scale of 1-10 its been maybe up to 3, usually once mycycle start the beast attacks with full force. I have my oxygen and verapamil on stand by but haven't been using them. Is this "shadowing" normal and what does it mean?

Verapamil is a preventative, so I would start taking it now and hopefully it will take effect before the full blown attacks start.

Hi Suresh
I'm actually experiencing shadows as I'm typing this.
There are quite a few threads on this site about shadows and after reading them you'll realize that shadows are just as varied and individualized as Clusters.
I have been out of cycle for about 2 months but I still get frequent shadows which I could only explain as a dull CH. They can vary in strength and tend to pass by themselves but sometimes require a Red Bull to kick it. Plenty of threads on that subject too
Out of cycle, shadows are an irritation and a reminder of darker times but in cycle as Hoppy said, they can be an omen of things to come.
I suppose they are just another bizarre character trait of these things we call Clusters.

Good Luck
