Question on D3 regimen
Jul 31st, 2014 at 5:12pm

Hello all, I have suffered for 2 yrs. and finally got a CH diagnosis from a neuro. yesterday (The Clinic at Vanderbilt, with an emphasis on CH/Migraine). I have been looking at this forum for probably a year and it has been extremely helpful in trying to explain to the docs what was up (things like unilateral pain only, one sinus passage shuting down completely, eye watering and red, just the usual CH stuff, ha).
Anyway, I have been taking Magnesium Asporatate and B Complex 50 for a year now, I can say that it has reduced the intensity of the attacks (from 8's and 10's down to 4 and 5's, knock on wood!!), but not the frequency. I have seen several post about D3 and am thinking about adding it to my arsenal, as well as Omega Fish as well. Any info. would be greatly appreciated!
I am waiting to pick up my initial Imitrex inhaler for the attacks, it had to be specially ordered for some reason, and I am constantly looking for maintenance regimens etc., as is everyone who has CH is.
I have read everything I can get my hands on regarding CH, from Cleveland Clinic to Mayo, to Oxy therapy trials etc., but really, it's people that have been suffering with this and posting on this website that has been invaluable.

Thanks!!!!

Hey man. My wife hasn't been formally diagnosed with CH but her symptoms are spot on. She started getting the HAs every other night and then nightly since the beginning of July. She has been on the d3 regime loading dose strategy for 5 days. PF for the last 4 days. We are beyond excited and hope it keeps up. Def worth a shot. Good luck!

Thanks Fiesty and Guiseppi. I am doing the loading now per Batch's D3 regimen. 4 years PF is unbelievable. The whole D3 anti-inflammatory results needs to be in the mainstream. I know reading most of Batch's posts that is his goal, I hope everyone with CH becomes aware.
Thanks Again!!
