I had been cluster free for almost 2 years until about a month ago. I thought I was free, that the verapmil was preventing the cycles and I had almost entirely put cluster headaches out of my mind. For the past month, the cycle is back and it is consuming all of my thoughts and destroying my life once again. My anxiety has gotten much worse and I have even had several panic episodes, proving that cluster headaches take an enormous toll of every aspect of a person's well being. I started taking the steroids and when that didn't break the cycle, my doctor put me on double, still doing nothing. My oxygen tank in conjunction with zomig nasal sprays helps, but I do not feel comfortable putting dangerous chemicals into my body. I'm curious about any natural remedies that anyone has found to be successful. I have heard good things about vitamin d-3 and melatonin. If anything, I am also here to find comfort with those who understand what I am going through, as it if very difficult to explain how debilitating this illness is to those who do not suffer from it.

Hi and welcome back

Sorry to hear you're having a tough time, its something that we understand too well.

I'd certainly suggest giving the D3 method a go as I know just what a difference it has made to my life, going CH pain free for over 2.5 years (922 days and counting). I hope you get the same level of success.

This is a link to the actual regimen, there are a couple co-factors that are as important as the D-3
