Something very different about this time.
Sep 12th, 2014 at 1:40pm

I have been having CH's since 1988.  Started out i would have 2 cycles per year, each lasting about 6 weeks each.  As I get older, i have been getting a bit longer break between cycles.  Last break I had (till about 3 weeks ago) was two years.  What is different about this time around  is that i'm getting them on both sides of my face and sometimes at almost the exact same time.  Anyone else have this happen?

I apologize for this being in the wrong section, can a mod please move it to the correct place?

I know just what you mean, mate, and it's not nice at all. It may be that you've got yourself a secondary headache syndrome on top of CH.

Any major changes like this really should be discussed with your doctor, even if only to rule out other possible nasties.

Totally agree with Brian. We shouldn't assume that everything headache related is automatically due to CH. Do take this up with your doctors.

Get thee to your neuro.. I agree with the others.. sounds like you've developed ANOTHER headache on top of the CH...

I did this after years of CH.. developed migraines on top of the CH (not fun at all, but if migraines run in your family - it could be the problem). Let your doc check it out.

Keep us informed.. We do care..  Kiss
