Don't know about the zinc, but boron is in honey.

Right, i saw that, but why do we need to take it? I didn't see an explanation for it and i am curious. Zinc is in my multivitamin already, but it doesn't have boron. hmmmm, ill just eat some honey, but im curious why we need to take it. I guess any amount or kind of honey will do? Or do i have to be careful of artificial honey?

The best thing to do would be to senda PM to Batch. He developed the regimen and will be able to answer your questions. He's a great guy and always willing to help.
