Right, i saw that, but why do we need to take it? I didn't see an explanation for it and i am curious. Zinc is in my multivitamin already, but it doesn't have boron. hmmmm, ill just eat some honey, but im curious why we need to take it. I guess any amount or kind of honey will do? Or do i have to be careful of artificial honey?

He developed the regimen and will be able to answer your questions. He's a great guy and always willing to help.
