Magnesium Oil
Dec 18th, 2014 at 10:29pm

Anyone on the anti-inflammatory regimen use Magnesium oil instead of oral?  Wondering what kind of dose to take.  The bottle says 8 sprays = 100 mg.  To get 500 mg, I would be a human oil slick.

K Tinkham,

You're spot on...  Most magnesium oil sprays have a low magnesium concentration so you will leave a slick or grease spot if you spray 400 to 500 mg/day magnesium on your skin.

Magnesium chloride or magnesium citrate tablets or liquid softgel capsules are what you need.

Take care,

V/R, Batch

You love lots of things if you live around them. But there isn't any woman and there isn't any horse, that’s as lovely as a great airplane. If it's a beautiful fighter, your heart will be ever there
