I've been keeping my eye on my BP while taking Verapamil.

For the last 5-6 cycles I've gotten away with 160mg per day (40x4).

Now I am on 240mg while waiting for the D3 regimen to kick in (Day 10) and I'm still not getting consistent relief (2 PFDAN's then 2 days of crap).

I've been grudgingly considering upping to 280-320mg on the Verap. Took an 80mg tablet this morning (normally i was taking 40mg x 6) and checked my BP just now (2 hours later). It was 92 over 62 (11am). Normally I am 100 over 60/62 every time.

Is this move significant? Don't feel worse than I do generally on Verap which is crap.

Also, I hear people take stronger doses of Verap at night (when headaches are worse). Does anyone else with low BP to begin with have a concern about heavier nighttime doses. It's all in my head I suppose (no pun intended) but I feel like the Verap gets me so low that I don't breath sufficiently while I sleep to fight off the CH. 

I take Verapamil 80MG 4 per day for a total of 320 MG per day, lessens the severity but does not take them away. I asked doctor to UP the dosage and he strongly refuses based on strong side effects he said.
