Oxycodone triggers CH. Anyone?
Jan 29th, 2015 at 1:39pm

After getting out of the hospital 2 weeks ago with my second hip replacement I started a CH cycle with headaches twice a day. Every time I took an Oxycodone a headache would develop. I actually think that the Oxy started the cycle.
The CHs continue despite getting rid of the Oxy.

The same thing happened 4 years ago after my 1st hip replacement. It is only after the drug has built up in my system that the CHs begin.

Anyone else here have a correlation with CHs and Oxycodone?    Eric

Please don't put the same question in more than one section. Confuses the reader and you end up with answers to the same question divided so that a coherent thread of interaction between you and us muddled.

Sorry, I don't want to confuse anyone. I thought that not many people read the new member intro.
But apparently nobody experiences this interaction anyway so that answers my question.

I had a pretty awful attack when taking Oxy after shoulder surgery, but I was in cycle, so not really able to determine causality.  What it did show me was that no amount of pain medicine will touch a good CH.
