Barb,

We are good, here in Bastrop County. The Colorado river crested at 33' night before last (23' is flood stage) but our place is on a ridge about 200' higher that the river. Folks along the river have some problems to deal with.

The tornadoes here in IL were about 30 miles west of us, so we're OK. One day before yesterday hit about 15 miles west of my daughter's house while we were there.

Of course listening to the media I had the impression you had floated to the Gulf by now. Sure sounds like a mess down there.....stay safe.
