A three-part television thing by Todd Sampson called 'Redesign My Brain'.

Certainly it doesn't deal with CH specifically but it's all about pain, fear of pain, how we deal with pain, and how we can perhaps redesign our brain to make things a little easier.

I've not the first idea how to do links and stuff (I make a great roo stew) but those who can find it may find it interesting.

I'm looking forward to watching it a second time.
