Good Read that Might Have Some Answers

Several years back in the midst of another bad cycle, I bought a book called The Circadian Prescription By Dr. Sidney MacDonald Baker. He talks about the internal clock, the effects of medicines, foods, and toxins, and strategies to help gain a balance between the brain and the rest of the body. I am in no way suggesting that there is a cure within the pages. Rather, there are many interesting explanations and theories that are closely related to such treatments as the D3 Regimen, as well as the many different triggers we each have. Since I have been up every 1 1/2 with hits the last week or so, I took it down off the shelf and dusted it off. You may find a thing or two inside to add to your regimen. I especially like how Dr. Baker understands how no two people are alike when it comes to chronic pain or illness and how we are not one size fits all.  Take a peek.  I think you will find it insightful.
