Found myself back here...
Dec 21st, 2015 at 11:35am

I always end up coming back to this board when it gets bad.  I am chronic, but have been managing very well over the last three years.  One or two a week quickly aborted with a shot.  I had no worries and life was good.

Three weeks ago, I started a vicious cycle that has just gotten worse.  A course of steroids did not touch it.  I have been using imitrex and O2 to abort.  I read a post about little doses of imitrex being ineffective.   I can usually abort with  .20 cc's.   Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with larger or smaller doses of imitrex to abort?

Some people find a reduced dose works for them but, if this is not helping you, try using the full dose and see what happens.

Your own experience is the only reliable guide.

What Mark said. look into the D3 regimen. It's helping a lot of us.

I too am chronic and it's working well for me.
