Hi Tony and welcome

I'm really pleased that D3 if working so well for you too. Long may it continue to keep you pain free.

Are you staying on it year round?

Hi Tony and welcome,
The vitamin D regime doesn't always work for everyone when starting on it for the first time when in a cycle! It didn't for me, but I continued taking it when my cycle finished and have been pain free for the past three years. You will need to get a 25 (OH) D level serum concentration blood test done, it needs to be 60-80ng/ml for the regime to work.

Tony, You need to pick up the other cofactors to go with the magnesium for the vitamin D regime to work.

I remember back in the olden days! Some folk got relief by just taking magnesium and a Pepsi Cola was known to abort an attack, neither worked for me, but it just goes to show how different we all are.
