G'day Vip, welcome, and we're really sorry you're battling the headache monster. First priority is to find out just what the problem is exactly, which takes a headache specialist, so give us an idea where you live and we may be able to help a bit further.

It will help us to direct you to good sources of assistance if you will tell us where you live (city & state, if U.S. or country). At the Home page: Help button-->Edit & Profile --> Location. (This will add your location, just below your name, every time you post a message.
==================================

We cannot diagnose you. The most important thing you can do is to find a doctor who has experience and traiining in treatin headache disorders. This is a complex area of medicine and manly doctors have little experience or training.

It would be unwise to accept any guesses that you receive here about the nature of your headaches.

An accurate diagnosis is often difficult because there are many disorders which appear to be Cluster headache but which are not headache disorders.

Find a doctor who has experience treating headache disorders. This is your best way of obtaining an accurate diagnosis.

I realize that you may not have access to doctors who can help, or are there neurologists available where you live?

The International Headache Society is a great resource, listing all the different headaches and their signs and symptoms. I know when we're suffering, it's good to be able to figure things out, or at least try. Go to the link and click "primary headaches" for starters. It would be very difficult to discover the true root of your problems without doing a thorough assessment.  I wouldn't trust anyone who says otherwise.  However, that being said, I work with headache patients everyday in my practice and would be happy to give you a starting place.  The first thing you can do is get x-rays taken on your cervical spine(neck region).

That's really interesting, drmatt, and welcome. Please tell us more because no amount of information is enough for us.

I watched your video and must admit that getting a Cluster attack every 20-30 minutes must be devastating (though I've never heard of such a thing) but here at CH.com we more commonly suggest people see a headache specialist rather than chiropractors like yourself.

We're here to help, just as you've come here to help, so let's all work together towards a better future for all.
