Newbie Again..... (Read 1330 times)

Most days right now are better than others. Still frustrated. Looking for some clusterheads to talk to since y'all are the ones who understand!!!

Right now it is Aleve, 5hr energy drink, Phenergan, O2 15l, heating pad and icepacks. Kind of a mish mash I have put together to just get through the attacks. Looking at trying something as far out as Daith piercing and DALT. I had some success with acupuncuture back in the day.

Read through the DALT stuff but found sourcing for to the United States to be confusing.
