Glad to know this site exists! I've suffered CH's for over 30 years. Currently on the tail end of a CH season. Read your postings about magnesium. Is there a preferred type? (i.e., oxide vs aspartate, etc.)

Tell us a bit more about your CH and how you deal with it.

Have you got any CH abortives, like oxygen, imitrex injections / nasal spray or similar?

Keep reading, you'll find out a lot about CH and how people with CH deal with it very effectively based on years of experience and collectively having seen a lot of neurologists and headache specialists.
