Hi Norm! It's been a long time. Glad you haven't needed us!

5 MeO DALT and the Vit D3 regimen are the two newest that I know of. Over 80% effective for either, and they have me living 99% PF for the first time in many years. Not bad for a refractory chronic.

The Vitamin D-3 regimen. Look over the threads on the CH Specific board and the Meds board.

I've been taking D-3 supplements, along with the other supplements recommended for quite some time now. No noticeable negative side-effects, and I've now been in remission for more than seven years.

Of course, it's possible that I'm aging out of them as well. Hard to say.

One more vote for the vitamin D3 regimen. Been on it for 6 years. Only one 6-week cycle in that time. And O2 has become extremely effective while on the D3. FWIW.

Hey Norm,

Howzit?  Good to hear from you again...  I'm still suggesting the anti-inflammatory regimen with 10,000 IU/day vitamin D3 plus the cofactors but I've added Benadryl (Diphenhydramine HCL) to quell allergic reactions that play havoc with vitamin D3's capacity to prevent CH.

Take care,

V/R, Batch

Apparently a migration elsewhere as not many people on this board anymore....many left to Clusterbusters, many left to Facebook groups, many are not in cycle thanks to great advances with Batch's D3 regimen, etc, etc...

....I miss the good ole days on this board when 75+ or so CH'ers would chime in daily on a variety of daily threads...

...nowadays seems like 2 dozen more/less visit daily yet do not contribute often....the "guests" visiting this site outnumber us CH'ers...guess it's the nature of the beast...also thankfully Summer is not the typical season  Wink
