hi

I get ch daily and I use O2 however after it ends I feel week all day and I can not work, is there a solution to this ?

Have you tried the anti-inflammatory vitamin regimen that has helped so many chronic and episodic sufferers? My guess is it will be the solution you and everybody else seeks.

Hi

How are you using your O2? Normally the quicker you can abort your CH using oxygen, the less impact on things like making you tired. What works best for most people is a non-rebreather mask (one with a bag) and a high flow rate of at least 15lpm. You can read more about using oxygen at:

Since you're getting CH daily, are you using a preventive to cut down how many CHs you get? Something like verapamil, lithium or topamax can work well.

I'd also look at using vitamin D3 which has been very effective for over 80% of people:
