Thank all of you so very much... If anything, I feel younger at 73 taking vitamin D3, Omega-3 and the cofactors than I did at at 63...

My second best birthday present came from Joyce when she said "Go buy a new spinning reel" after looking at the reel I've taken to Alaska for the last 6 years... I've washed it daily with fresh water while fishing and kept it well oiled... but the elements and continued use have still taken their toll... so I ordered one of the best with a stainless steel body and internals. It will last a lot longer than me.... (I didn't tell her what it cost).

My best birthday present came from my daughter on 22 August... Orrin Gustav... 7 lb 8 oz... Our 8th grandchild. My daughter has been taking the complete anti-inflammatory regimen with 10,000 IU/day vitamin D3 for five years, so Master Orrin, like his big sister, Fred (Winefred), was bathed in maternal vitamin D3 since conception... A flawless pregnancy, flawless delivery, a very happy healthy mother and a very healthy baby boy... It doesn't get any better...

Gregg, thanks for the call... Joyce passes her best and hopes you find your new digs in Idaho to your liking...

I'm off to Pelican Alaska at Zero-Dark 30 tomorrow morning for the last fishing trip of the season... The Coho (Silver Salmon) are still hitting so it should be a productive trip... particularly with the new spinning reel...
