32/M/Finland, son, wife the works. Working in IT ->

I had my first attacks 4 years ago during spring time (seems to be my cycle beginning almost to the date on the years it comes).
Even though having extensive dealings with the clusters, I have not had any medication for about 6 cycles due to wrong medical diagnosis 
Only now I got the right diagnosis and have to say, I must be one of the few that were actually happy on this discovery.
Am going to start this journey with Micro Dosing of LSD/Psilocybin (LSD for prevention, psilocybin for starting attacks) as I have been recommended by people I trust who share the same faith. Also from personal experience, when I was on shrooms for recreational use I did not have any attacks. Also read studies (that there are not enough of), having had tryptamine-based medication lessen the chance of MD cycles working on CH.

Am also a keen advocate of clean living (clean food, exercise, no alcohol etc) so if there are any vitamins&supplements I should add to my daily regimen, am interested in hearing more!

Looking forward to hearing from you guys. Going to be shuffling through the forum now that I found you but recommendations on good threads are more than welcome and MicroDosing peeps please DM me with experiences and advice!  Thanks in advance!

Great to get the diagnosis. Most of us spend years looking for that moment and are very happy to get it, because it means we can start treating our CH properly.
