Hey Team,

Today 7 year ago I had my first episode of CH.  Oddly enough I've been PF for a good bit - years actually without a serious hit, but I got the worse HA I've had in years last night.  The Vitamin D regime was a game changer for sure over the years.  I hope everyone is PF or making progress in that direction.  Thanks for all the support over the years.  I'll try to check in more often!
