Personal CH Data
Jun 11th, 2020 at 1:21pm

Fresh into a new cycle Sad
Started keeping a log a few years back including date, time, severity, abort method, etc.
In my downtime decided to graph this data see where this SOB falls for me.
Anyone else do similar?

I never kept a diary but wish now that I had done because, looking back, I suspect it would have helped a lot.

..absolutely...never physically logged it but the mental notes were seared in my brain....it's also a REALLY good tool for your (hopefully headache specialist) doc to diagnose...priceless details and an indication that you are a serious patient intent on answers...

...interesting (to me anyway)... way back in the 80's the National Migraine Foundation (now National Headache Foundation) ...where i first learned about O2 ...advised physicians  when diagnosing headache that "cluster patients tend to keep diaries"...maybe it's OCD ...maybe it's just the damn incredible pain...

No! The beast always used to visited me during the months of Spring and Autumn, so I made sure I was always well prepared.
