As ClusterHeads we've long stood by,  and recommended,  a bag of frozen peas as one of the big guns in our armoury but our good friends at Migraine Summit have put together a list of alternatives that may well suit some of our needs.

I love the idea that they are hands-free which is much easier for silent prayer or punching brick walls.
