Hey guys, I'm Jon.

I discovered this forum about a month ago, and it's given me so much insight into others struggling with this wicked condition. I'm 30 now and I've been battling ECH for about 10 or so years now.

I'm just now discovering a lot of different treatments and I have an appointment with my PCP tomorrow to discuss some new options, as I'm currently in my cycle.

Just wanted to introduce myself and let everyone know I am reading your thoughts and suggestions.

Thanks for all you do!

G'day BearScare,  and welcome.

Consider making up a little list of everything you want to discuss with your PCP.  Makes it a little easier and far more thorough.

Have you looked into oxygen therapy yet?  An absolute blessing for so many CHeads and there's a button over on the left marked Oxygen Info will give you heaps to go on and your doctor is the place to start regarding prescriptions etc.

Might also be worth getting your vitamin D levels checked as well if you're considering the Vit D3 regimen which is showing terrific results for a lot of people.

All the best and let us know how you get on.  We care,

Brian down under.

Thank you Brian!  I have already started a list, so that's great advice!  I have read the Oxygen Info page and I plan to discuss that with him as well.

To be frank, the D3 regimen makes me a bit nervous for a number of reasons (that can be discussed later).

Mark, thank you for your response as well!  I have been reading what seems like non-stop during my current cycle.

Hi BearScare Jon,
I just wanted to say hello. I'm new here today -  made my first post also. I think this is a good place to find answers to our questions and figure out which way to turn.
Wishing you all the very best.
Robin
