Ive Been Lucky for the Last 10 years little baby Cluster attacks one a night for 4 weeks or so Imitrex hit and gone.  Unfortunately im getting 3-4 Massive hits daily right now have the 02 and imitrex but Im I can't keep up with them.  Has Anybody Had a NERVE BLOCKER?  if so please let me know if it helped.  I have been on Emgality for a week no improvement.

I had two, one on each side, and I’m afraid to say, they did no good at all. That doesn’t mean it won’t help you, but my experience was not beneficial.

Have you discussed GammaCore with your Medics at all?

Yes, I have, and carry one with me at all times. It aborts an attack pretty quickly, like within 6 to 10 minutes.

Not as efficient as O2; but the big advantage is that it is so portable.

It is certainly worth a try, if you can get one.

Emgality can take a few weeks before kicking in, but you must take the episodic CH dosage of all 3 x 100mg injections at once, once a month.

It’s been 10 days on emgality and it seems like it got worse.  I took the 3 shots keep my fingers crossed
