Just curious, it's known that beer is a major CH trigger, and when in a cycle, myself included, but does anyone know if the same applies to zero alcohol beer?

Cheers Hoppy

It's my personal opinion that if it's zero alcohol then it ain't beer but it remains a wonderful question and I look forward to hearing from those who've tried it out.

Especially as there's those who can drink red wine but not white or can drink whisky while rum sends them overboard with a Kip-10.

I also know a terrific Aussie bloke who can drink anything he pleases through even the worst of cycles but he no longer mentions it publicly due to the hate mail.

G'day Brian, wine contains nitrates, which are known CH triggers, but beer doesn't, so I was wondering if it was the sugar, alcohol in beer that is the culprit, or one of the other ingredients, because Carlton Zero, and Heineken Zero ain't a bad drop at a pinch  Tongue.
