I've taken 720mg Calan SR (verapamil) for the past 10 years. Currently taking Neurontin (3600mg) along with it. In the past I've tried Lithium and Depakote. My neurologist believes in anti-convulsants and anti-depressants. All these have worked for me lessening the attacks to one a day. However, I am a chronic cluster guy. Ceck out Imitrex, Ergotomine, Maxalt and Oxygen for use to abort the attack. Also ask your doc about Ritilin.
