I found it much better to print out the material from the links on the homepage and bring them with me to the employer.
Then as they read, I kind of gave them some of my own visual effects and descriptions.
Depends on the type of boss you're dealing with, or supervisor. Some are more likely to relate to the technical stuff, others might relate much better to "The Devil".
I think actually sending them into the message board might mislead them a bit. They have no clue where we are in a conversation, what the classroom is all about, and things like that.
Nor, would I suggest ever telling them to look it up themselves ... shoot, my doctor won't even do that! ;)
