I made a post and yet again people decided to start through the convention around. Can anyone open their eyes and READ what I said. My focus was about the MEMBERS of OUCH. It was about waking them up to bond together, it was about doing things that are right for everyone. Kip, Barb, and George as I see thing from each of your posts you are selfish and just want to make sure you get your point accross and if anyone looks at it diffrent your going to post this defencive post so that everyone see it your way. I honestly do NOT care at this point in time about what your view is on where the convetion will be held. I do care about how the members as a whole are acting and why they are pulling together as a unit. There will always be other opnions in every matter, but out side of a few members like Todd and Elaine made there have not been many that have even tried to come up with ways to end this as a member driven issue.
MY POINT IS THAT IT TAKES TEAM WORK TO GET ANY JOB DONE AND IF THIS GROUP OF INDAVIDUALS CONTINUES TO BICKER AND FIGHT LIKE THIS OUCH WILL FAIL!
You may not like what I have said and that is fine. opnions are great to have. How you present them is another ball of wax.
GET OF THIS POWER TRIP AS WELL AS THIS ME ATTITUDE AND OPEN YOUR EYES TO WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THE GROUP.
SHOW ME WHERE THERE IS AN "I" IN TEAM. SHOW ME WHERE THERE IS AN "I" IN MEMBERS. SHOW ME WHERE THERE IS AN "I" IN O.U.C.H.
If you can then I will shut up and not try to pull members together ever again. I will walk right out the door of O.U.C.H. and never look back. I am laying what I hold closest to my heart on the line right now. I am laying the fight for medical help against CH on the line.
I WILL QUIT OUCH IF SOMEONE CAN SHOW ME WHERE O.U.C.H. WAS DESIGNED TO BE A BUNCH OF "I"s AND NOT A TEAM. I WILL GIVE UP EVERYTHING!
