I'm not...Cliff is using the heavy duty patch. He was a heavier smoker than me...I cut back a week prior but now its basically a cold turkey thing. Thanks for the encouragment and good luck to you for trying as well!! 60 hours IS a long time! lol! It crosses my mind at the usual times, after eating and normal break times at work...but it is not as 'painful' as I thought it would be! I'm thinking the ol' saying "one day at a time" is very true and I know at the end of each day I'm excited that I made it through another one smoke free, even if it is only the 3rd day!! (Seems like longer!) Thanks again :)
