I have had headaches for 19 years I have tried everything anyone told me to try. I have not had a CH in two years sence i have stared taking this. I have had headaches but no where as painful as the CH. The doctor says this has kept them away. Its a nerve pill xanax.25mg tabs. The first month I took them everyday, then I cut down to just when I got upset or felt the first sign of a headache. The pain is still there but not as bad. I sit and wait wondering when I will have the next one. Hope this helps someone
