Yes, I was on Short Term Disability for CH, this and last year. I've even had to go Long Term this year due to more difficulties with CH (probably medication related.)
My doctor was and wanted to continue writing Cluster Migraines as the reason for my disability, but I insisted that he write nothing other than Cluster Headaches.
(See guys, you all know how much I hate the word headaches, but I'm not going to let some doctor pretend they don't exist!)
Anyway Don, being you are a teacher, I would think you would quailfy for benefits. Sadly, being a teacher, you are probably already underpaid, and they will most likely cut that to 60% of your normal pay. And, that's after a 2 week waiting period.

It must be a frightful thought to have an attack in front of a class of young children.
