I am a chronic sufferer. Found mentioned at this site "Zostrix", main ingredient "capsaicin". Did some research on capsaicin and decided I have nothing to lose so I tried it. I've applied the Zostrix cream to the cluster side of my face 3 times daily. In first 2-3 weeks I noticed NO difference. However, since then I have noticed a remarkable difference, both in the number of clusters and the intensity of them. Is this a coincidence or is the cream really doing something. Has anyone else tried this? So far O2 always works for me so I never stray too far from my tank. My clusters all occur evenings and nights. Before trying Zostrix I was having anywhere up to 35 clusters per week. The last three weeks I have had 4, 3, and 3 so far this week. Thought I'd see if anyone else has tried this or is this all in my head? Even if it is, the relief has been wonderful.
